Should girls have nipple hair?

I was recently at my friend Sarah's house. We were watching old episodes of RuPauls Drag Race while we (and by we i mean SHE) ate an entire tub of choco chunk chip ice cream. Mind you Sarah's a larger girl. anyways, we ended up deciding it'd be fun to go skinny dipping. when we got outside to the pool and she took off her top, i casually glanced over to catch a peek of her . at first i noticed they were very supple and humble for a woman of her size, but then i noticed something horrific. she had nipple hairs. not a lot, just a few, but it was enough to make me fake a phone call from mom and go home as fast i could. i was shocked. i didnt know that girls could have nipple hair. what do i do? how do i confront her about this problem she has?
