Do you think that I should be overly concerned about going out in public with this disfiguring problem?

Earlier today, my left cheek was attacked by a swarm of wasps. I'm not exactly sure why they only targeted my "left" cheek. Anyway...it has swollen to at least 10 times the size of my "right" cheek. Since I wear nothing but tight spandex apparel, it is quite obvious. How can I hide my deformity?
