Are China's Military Internet Hackers Incompetent?

Don't listen to Prada, your buddies in IT department knows 99% of the deal. Many of the recent hack attempts are coming from China, stealing intellectual properties and copyrights is bad enough, but stealing accounts and pwords is just too much. Greed kills, only time will tell that there will be many who will feel the karma, lives will be sacrificed for the cheating, stealing, and hacking.
