How do you deal with...?

A nation and world of people so utterly braindead and with their heads so far up their es they'll never see the light of day? The reason I ask is why the hell do I even bother to work an honest effort for myself and to some unfortunate extent, others, when these same people, who ought to be grateful for what I do, are rude, ruthless, disrespectful, immoral, dishonest, self-loathing and outright stupid among a sea of other vices? You can't speak up against popular opinion or in other words those who can't think for themselves or are totally incapable of forming rational thoughts. That is, you can't dare open your mouth against them and their vices without risking an ocean of degenerates and filth overwhelming you, and yet at the same time you don't want to help these people but have to deal with them. So what is my limiting belief here? Or what am I doing wrong/how to deal? Please someone of the <<<5% of the population of this world answer.
