HELP my dog has a red bump on her leg?

this afternoon i saw that my little dog bella had a bump on her leg and i dont know what it is its more pinkish now and when you poke it it turns white its about the size of a pea and on the side of her back left leg it wasnt there yesterday so it must of happened today she does go outside but only to use the bathroom is this a bug bite or something else?
