Am I Irish or Scots-Irish?

I was born in County Down, in the provence of Ulster. My dad told me our farm has been in our family for generations, that's all i know. My ancestry goes VERY far back. If not far enough to originate here. I don't know what Scots-Irish is, i just know its in Ulster.... Answers appreciated.
