What should I do? Staying at home 24-7 is driving me mad.?

So my story is I am a 20 year old house wife! My husband just moved me and my two children to a town ten hours from anything I have ever known (the kids are 3 months old and3 years old) it's a good sized town but the only people we know here are his grandparents and his cousin. We moved here with good reason my husband is getting his pilots license and going to buiesness school in the fall. I can't afford child care and with my husbands work and study's there is no time for me to work. We are on an extremely tight budget and don't even have cable. I am most defanetly an extrovert and need to be around people. See I have hardly left the house other than to get groceries in almost two weeks and I'm loosing my mind. I have become extremely irritable and I do nothing but sleep and clean it seems. What should I do???
