Please help me understand this Taurus woman?

* This has nothing to do with being a Taurus. She is disturbed and out of control. She may keep this craziness up for quite awhile; the key is to NEVER respond to her. This seems to be one of those, "if I can't have you no one else will" kind of nutty. Keep on ignoring her- don't talk to her even to say leave me alone. If you see her turn your back or walk away. Don't ask anyone about her, don't talk about her actions. If she continues, you can always go to the police.
