Is there anything that 100% blacks really invented that helped civilization?

And not the usual B/S, stop signal, gas mask, peanut er, ETC., those were just patents on something already invented or a recipe, I am talking real inventions. Sure seems the 1 billion plus in black Africa should have came up with a way to feed themselves by now, after all we are told all "human" life originated in black Africa. Any ideas on this?
