I think I have part of a third testicle?

Its a small ball about the size of a pea connected threw the vein of my right testicle. Im currently 18 and I noticed I had it when I was about 12 years old. Havent said anything about it to anyone until now. Too embarred/scared. Could it be part of a third testicle or something worse?
