Evolutionists, Atheists: Where did the very first cell come from?

Why are you expecting the first cell to be as complex as they are today? The first cell would be extremely basic and would not have even had DNA. It would likely have been a simple lipid bilayer with some random self-replicating RNA and nothing else. That woudl be the most basic self-replicating 'cell', no proteins required.
