Can Fischer's Lovebirds live outside in Canadian Winters?

I was thinking about getting Fischer's Lovebirds but I live in ON, Canada. I thought it would be a good idea to leave them in a big cage for a while outside a few times a week to get exercise. But then I thought they might get really cold in the winter here, since they originate from Africa.
